Garam Masala Powder – ½ tbsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp

Corn Flour – 2 tbsp
Rice Flour 1 tbsp

Green Chilli – 2 nos
Curry Leaves – 10 nos
Salt – 1 1/2 tbsp
Cooking instructions
1. Clean and cut chicken into 1-inch cubes
2. In a bowl. add the chicken. lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder. garam masala. coriander powder. turmeric powder, cumin powder. cornflour. rice flour. egg. Mix this well.
3. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for 60 mins
4. Add oil in a deep frying pan, heat the oil and deep fry the marinated chicken in batches for 5-6 mins.
